RETURNS

 

As a small family run business, we check all items and their quality before posting, however in the event you should be unhappy with your lovely item(s) please continue to read below:

1. If you wish to return your lovely items we regret to inform you that we do not cover return postage costs.

2. All returns must be returned in an unused condition with all tags, hygienic stickers and packaging in tact.

3. Any returns to be sent via tracked/Signed for delivery.

4. Any lost items returned are not the responsibility of Coastkini Ltd.

5. Undamaged Returns must be requested within 28 days of purchase and should be accompanied by an email to coastkini@gmail.com with the header "Return" which includes a reason why you are returning - so that we can provide you with a better service/product another time. We will provide you with a returns address and ask that you provide us with a tracking number - so that we can get the heads up for a parcel drop​

6. Damaged Returns must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item via email with the header "Damaged Goods" to coastkini@gmail.com and include photographic proof of the damaged item - so that we can investigate further.
